A Druid trained in this ability possesses the power to summon from the bowels of the earth a violent eruption, raining molten rock down upon all nearby foes.
Size 3 volcano erupts at the point targeted, applying physical and fire damage to targets standing or moving over the eruption or the fires caused by the impact of lobbed rocks.
Each volcano applies physical and fire damage in its second frame and (due to next delay) every 11 frames thereafter until expiry, by which point it will have applied its damage 14 times. Multiply damage by 25/11 for maximum damage per second. [1]
Each volcano also lobs a total of 62 rocks, the first in the fifth frame and every two frames thereafter until expiry. Rocks land randomly within a 16 2/3 yard square centered on the volcano, resulting in size 2 fires on impact which apply physical and fire damage to targets standing or moving over them. Although these fires last for 18 frames (0.72 seconds), Last Collide is enabled so damage is only normally applied once to single targets. Next delay ensures that damage is only applied every 6 frames to two targets that are close enough together to stand or move over the same fire, so that the last target alternates. [2]
Volcanic eruption, with rocks spewing out of the cone and causing damaging fires upon impact.
When the fire resulting from the impact of a rock is close enough to the volcano for a target to stand or move over both, then only the damage and next delay of the fire is applied. However, since the fire's next delay is shorter it will slightly increase the rate of damage. [3]
Since physical and fire damage are applied simultaneously, fire damage will be blocked as well.
