Immune to Physical
From Basin Wiki (D2 mirror)
Revision as of 14:16, 7 August 2025 by imported>Trang Oul(D2R: Grim Ward and Sunder)
Immune to Physical monsters will normally remain so if they cannot be cursed: this applies to static units and Possessed.
Sanctuary ignores Damage Resist > 0% when applying supplier's physical damage to undead. This does not apply to Crushing Blow damage: Immune to Physical undead will remain immune to it. [1][2]
DR +50% is applied by the Stone SkinUnique bonus. If this results in DR > 99%, it is only applied if a monster has less than two immunities beforehand (in which case it either becomes Immune to Physical, or increasingly so).
Ghostlychampions are set to Damage Resist 80%, even when Immune to Physical; however, the Immune to Physical label remains.[3][4]
Although the BarbarianWar Cry's physical damage obviously doesn't damage the Immune to Physical Champion Blood Lord, it does damage the 'Immune to Physical' Ghostly Blood Lord since it has actually been set to DR 80%.
Normal
No monsters are inherently Immune to Physical in Normal, but the following become so with Stone Skin.
Any Uniquemonster which is already Immune to Physical and not undead may always become so with Stone Skin and Damage Resist 150%, unless it already has two immunities. The following may always become Immune as well with Stone Skin.
