The Cleanser is a quest item, given to you by Ser Sing in Temple Station.
- It is used to cleanse (destroy) the boils encountered in Angel Passage during the Scrub the Deck quest.
- Although it damages everything within Angel Passage it does no damage at all to anything in any other zone.
