Oarf is a merchant that can be found in Holborn Station. He sells low level weapons, armor and other items.
In-Game Description:
Years of intense education eventually improved Oarf's motto of "Smash. Glubbity-glub" to the more useful, "Sell. Glubbity-glub."
Calderan believes true contentment to be the lack of aspiration and the absence of a worldview. If that's the case, Oarf is now the glubbity-glub happiest of all London's survivors.
