Lyra Darius gives out quests. She can be found in Liverpool Street Station.

In-Game Description:

As an M15 agent and de facto Hunter even before Judgment Day, Lyra happened upon the secret Templar life of Lord Patrick Sumerisle.

She was then trusted and tasked by the late Grand Master with keeping the young Jessica Sumerisle alive and bringing her to the safety beneath Temple Church -- a mission Lyra narrowly and most inexplicably managed to survive.
