Although this overwhelming ability ordinarily requires the use of a focus, a group of ingenious mages constructed a creature that had this as an innate talent. After the Wars ended, these Finger Mages were left to starve and die by those that had created them. Unfortunately their own magical energy led the hungering creatures to their hidden sanctum where the sorcerers were drained before they could mount a defense.
