This doesn't affect other +% AR sources. This has been fixed in D2R. Passive +% AR only applies to supplier when Blessed Aim is not applied actively by the supplier or any ally. Source Offensive Desert Mercenary also supplies Blessed Aim (in LoD hired in Normal or Hell). Aura Enchanted Unique monster supplies level max( [mlvl/5] , 1) Blessed Aim. Skill bonus +(1-3) Blessed Aim (Paladin Only) can spawn on ilvl >11 scepters.
