The timing of the next distribution will be decided by the person doing the distribution and will be recorded in the main request thread post; the time will be a 7 day period, such as 6-13th of March, 5-6 weeks after the previous distribution. The materials will be sent out at some time during the stated week long period.

Requests will be put into two categories:

A) Requests that have been through two or more distributions without being filled; and
B) Requests that have been through none or one distribution without being filled.

Requests in group A have priority over requests in group B. This is still subject to the priority outlined below.

Within each category, requests will be distinguished by the amount of BRP the person making the request has.

These are the only material where demand far outstretches supply. We will work to a basic ratio, 40% of cores to melee FR gear, 30% to non-melee FR gear and 30% which will be assigned at the distributor's discretion based on stated priorities.

If there are more than 40% of the cores worth of old requests for melee FR gear, they will not take priority over new caster FR gear requests for the 30% of cores assigned to caster FR gear. If such a situation were to arise, the distributor could assign some of the 30% discretionary cores to melee to fill those old requests.
